These 30-50 hand-picked sneak peek images will be delivered within 72 hours after your wedding day to show you how I will be editing the full gallery. And your Teaser Film will be social-media-ready the week after your wedding!

Our opinion? The flowers are going to fade. The cake is going to get eaten. The venue will close at the end of the night. Life will resume as normal before you know it. So if you are going to stretch your budget for something worthwhile, opt for 10-11 hours of wedding photo and video coverage instead of 5-6 hours. You'll have a richer, more complete story of your wedding to look back on. With that extra time, we will capture everything from the excitement of getting ready in the morning to the dance floor fun late at night. There's no rush to squeeze all the important moments into a short window, so you can enjoy your day without stressing about the timeline. Plus, you'll get more footage for your films and more photos for your full gallery!

Our main goal is to edit and deliver beautifully polished wedding films and photos, but we also understand the desire to have access to all raw footage / images from your special day. Raw footage /images can be provided as an add-on option upon request!

This is entirely dependent on the package that you book with us— the bigger the package, the longer it will take for all photos and films to be delivered. That being said, our average turnaround time ranges between 5 - 25 weeks. It's important to note that turnaround time is also subject to change based on our schedule, influx of orders, personal circumstances, and other unforeseen variables. However, we value the integrity and transparency of Wind & Waves Media, so we will be sure to keep you updated with the expected delivery dates of all of your photo and film products!

During the wedding, we capture all of your video footage on at least 2 cameras and all of your photos on at least 3 cameras (because all of our wedding packages include a second photographer). Each camera dual-writes every single photo and video clip to two different SD cards. After the wedding day, we back up all of the SD cards all up to 2 different hard drives. That should give you plenty of confidence in how we keep your photos and videos safe!

Once you book your package, we'll discuss your musical preferences to find songs that best fit your films. Since your films will be published online (in a shareable YouTube link), it's necessary to purchase music licenses for use in the films. We have a music subscription that gives us access to a huge library, so we will make the final selection the music included in the films.

When your full photo gallery is finished, it will be uploaded to a private online gallery. You will be notified of this via email, and you can share the gallery link with friends and family so that they can see the photos and order prints. You will also be able to download all of the photos to your computer via this private online galley link.

Your film delivery will include a custom YouTube link + a private download link, ensuring you can keep your memories close at hand, ready to share with loved ones. Our goal is to make receiving and enjoying your films as seamless as possible!

To book your wedding package, a non-refundable retainer fee of $500 is required. Our schedules fill up quickly each year, so even if you haven’t picked a date and location yet, make sure you submit this deposit to ensure that you’ll have us as your photo-video team!
